Yemen: ACLU sues for raid docs

The American Civil Liberties Union on 8 May filed a lawsuit with the US District Court of the Southern District of New York to obtain federal documents that should shed more light on the controversial raid that in late January led to the deaths of Navy SEAL Chief Petty Officer William ‘Ryan’ Owens and anything up to 25 civilians, and the loss of a $70m Osprey helicopter.
