Woodside: Shell’s Pickard joins the board

Woodside Energy has appointed Ann Pickard as a non-executive director with effect from 29 February. On 1 February, she retired from Royal Dutch Shell, where her most recent post was executive vice-president, Arctic. Before that, she was executive vice-president of Shell’s exploration and production business and country chair in Australia, and from 2005 to 2009, she was executive vice-president, Africa. Pickard joined Shell in 2000 after an 11-year tenure with Mobil before its merger with Exxon.
