UAE relations with old ally Morocco in question

Recent reports of friction between the UAE and Morocco point to differences that have been increasingly apparent since King Mohammed VI (M6) in March 2019 opted out of a Yemen war in which Morocco had been an active member, losing an F16 jet and its pilot to Houthi fire over Yemen in 2015. Claim and counter-claim has spread on social media and previously obscure websites, which suggest this unlikely falling-out is accelerating.
