UAE pilots engaged in Libya once more

UAE pilots took part in sorties in eastern Libya in support of veteran General Khalifa Haftar earlier this year, according to air traffic control recordings leaked to online news provider Middle East Eye. The flights probably took place between March and May, according to the website, and were carried out alongside UK, French and US forces. Haftar is commander of the forces under the elected House of Representatives, based in Tobruk.
