UAE: Mohammed Bin Zayed’s Kazakh deal-making; Cairo visit

Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and UAE Armed Forces deputy supreme commander Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan (MBZ) welcomed Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev to the Presidential Palace with a 21-gun salute on 24 March. The two leaders watched as a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed. Energy and industry minister Suhail Al-Mazrouei and his Kazakh counterpart Kanat Bozumbayev signed an agreement to build polyethylene and polypropylene plants in Kazakhstan.
