UAE: Mohammed Bin Rashid signs Mars probe

Dubai Crown Prince and Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre chairman Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum added his signature on the UAE-built Hope probe on 9 January. The probe will be used to study the upper and lower layers of atmosphere on Mars. It is set to be launched later this year and will take up to nine months to reach the red planet.
