UAE: Leadership gathers for annual government forum

UAE Vice President, prime minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and deputy supreme commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan co-chaired the third UAE Government Annual Meetings in Abu Dhabi on 25 November. As with past events, hundreds of federal and emirate government officials attended to discuss development plans over the next ten years. With a longer-term view, the authorities have also begun to look forward to the federation’s centennial in 2071.
