UAE: Cessna seeks $51m from Al Ghaith in US

Abu Dhabi’s Al Ghaith Holding (AGH) is being chased for money in the United States, after the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)’s International Court of Arbitration in October found that AGH owed Cessna Aircraft’s Wichita-based lending arm, Cessna Finance, around $51m from unpaid leasing deals. AGH has been given until late February to respond to Cessna Finance’s request for the ICC award to be ‘affirmed’ by the Southern District of New York court.
