Human Rights Watch (HRW) issued a 47-page report on 30 June documenting airstrikes conducted by the Saudi-led coalition in northern Yemen which it says are unlawful. The report notes a dozen airstrikes in the Houthi stronghold of Saada which destroyed or damaged civilian homes, markets, a school and a petrol station, though there was no evidence those sites were being used for military purposes. The strikes killed 59 people reported to have been civilians between 6 April and 11 May. At least 35 children were among those killed.
