Recently appointed Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG) minister Prince Abdullah Bin Bandar Bin Abdelaziz in mid-April had a meeting with new US Central Command comander General Kenneth McKenzie (appointed last month) and his delegation. The meeting was attended by US Embassy chargé d‘affaires Christopher Henzel. McKenzie held separate talks with King Salman Bin Abdelaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS). Born in 1988, Prince Abdullah is understood to have no military experience; he graduated from King Saud University in business administration before working in the Riyadh governorate with MBS when King Salman was Riyadh governor.
