Saudi Arabia: Nawaf Bin Sultan’s US property

Prince Nawaf Bin Sultan is understood to be trying to sell his New York apartment for $48.5m. According to The Wall Street Journal on 25 February, the 10,500 square foot four-bedroom home on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors of the Heritage building at Trump Place includes three bullet-proof panic rooms, a fitness centre, billiards room, a hair salon, a ventilated cigar room, built-in saltwater aquariums, a sushi island bar, outdoor terraces, a six-person Jacuzzi and a 60-foot living room overlooking the Hudson River.
