Saudi Arabia’s Iteac Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with South African defence firm Denel Dynamics, covering the latter’s Ingwe anti-tank missile (ATM). African news site DefenceWeb said the MoU was signed on 16 September by Denel chief executive Tsepo Monaheng and Iteac chairman and CEO Dr Amin Al-Shanqiti at the Africa Aerospace and Defence exhibition in Waterkloof, near Pretoria. Any sales are likely to be accompanied by partnerships with Saudi companies and the establishment of a manufacturing plant in the kingdom.
