Saudi Arabia: Al-Jawharah Bint Ibrahim wins dispute

Al-Jawharah Bint Ibrahim Abdelaziz Al-Ibrahim, a widow of the late King Fahd Bin Abdelaziz, is to keep the keys to Kenstead Hall, a mansion on Bishops Avenue, one of London’s most expensive streets. This is after a High Court judge in London rejected a claim against her by Asturion Foundation, the Liechtenstein-based group set up to manage King Fahd family assets. Deputy Master Edward Cousins dismissed Asturion’s claim on 11 September.
