Rabai start-up helps to ease the supply crunch

Aldwych International’s Rabai power plant has come on line, helping to alleviate power rationing in the Coast region. Located near Mombasa, the plant started up producing an initial 51MW and was expected to reach its full capacity of 84MW as African Energy went to press.
