Qatar: Taliban office in Doha

Qatari prime minister and minister of foreign affairs Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Al-Thani (HBJ) announced on 16 January that the Taliban would be opening an office in Doha “at the earliest opportunity”, and that arrangements were under way.
