Omani Sultan removes two unpopular ministers and moves to increase independence of judiciary

In a series of royal decrees, Sultan Qaboos Bin Said has reshuffled the cabinet for the third time in just over a year, and removed the justice minister from his role in the Supreme Judicial Council. Observers say the moves are intended to demonstrate that the Sultan is listening to his people
