Oman: Sultan Qaboos’ National Day parade

Sultan Qaboos Bin Said Al-Said presided over a military parade on 18 November to mark the sultanate’s 48th national day. Led by the Royal Guard of Oman (RGO), it included representatives from the Royal Army of Oman, Royal Navy of Oman, Royal Air Force of Oman, the Sultan’s Special Force, Royal Oman Police (ROP) and Royal Court Affairs. Among those also in attendance were Royal Office minister General Sultan Bin Mohammed Al-Nuamani, minister responsible for defence affairs Sayyid Badr Bin Saud Bin Harib Al-Busaidi and chief of staff Lieutenant General Ahmed Bin Harith Al-Nabhani.
