Nigeria: Owner’s engineer sought for hybrid project

Nigeria’s Rural Electrification Agency is inviting expressions of interest from engineering companies to be owner’s engineer for the World Bank Group-backed Energising Education Programme Phase II. The programme will install solar hybrid power plants at educational facilities across the country.
