Nigeria LNG signs Train 7 GSA

Nigeria LNG signed a 20-year gas supply agreement with its joint venture partners Shell, Total and Eni on 13 December for the long-awaited Nigeria LNG Train 7 project. NLNG said the signing was one of the key conditions for a final investment decision on the project, which will raise capacity at NLNG from 22m t/yr to 30m t/yr. “It is time for gas. Beyond the changing energy mix, we have seen countries like Qatar ride on the back of gas to development.
