Energie du Mali (EDM) invites expressions of interest by 3 April from consultants to develop a national power generation master plan for its interconnected grid for the period 2019-2040. The study should assess technical solutions to meet electricity demand and reduce the share of costly thermal power in the national generation mix in the medium to long term.
