A group of MPs have submitted a no-confidence motion in social affairs and labour minister Hind Al-Sabeeh, following a grilling session in the National Assembly (parliament) over her alleged failure to address the country’s demographic structure and other issues. Al-Sabeeh – who also holds the post of minister of state for economic affairs – had been called in for questioning on 23 January by three MPs, Al-Humaidi Al-Subaiee, Khaled Al-Otaibi and Mubarak Al-Hajraf.
