Issue 1051 - 11 Jan 2018 | 1 minute read

Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah attended the hastily arranged opening ceremony of the 23rd Gulf Cup in Kuwait City on 21 December.
