King Salman: Sudanese, French meetings

King Salman Bin Abdelaziz Al-Saud held talks with Sudanese President Omar Hasan Al-Bashir on 24 October in Riyadh, attended by Riyadh region governor Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Bin Abdelaziz, Saudi Arabia National Guard minister Prince Miteb Bin Abdullah Bin Abdelaziz and minister of state Prince Mansour Bin Miteb Bin Abdelaziz. Sudanese foreign minister Ibrahim Ghandour and security and intelligence director Lieutenant General Mohammed Atta joined Bashir, who went on to visit Medina to visit the Prophet’s Mosque and then Jeddah. Relations with Sudan have been boosted by Khartoum’s provision of troops to fight in Yemen as part of the Saudi-led coalition.
