King Juan Carlos visits UAE and Kuwait

Spanish King Juan Carlos visited the UAE and Kuwait in April. In the UAE, he spent three days on an official visit, during which he held talks with Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Zayed (MBZ) and took part in a UAE-Spain Economic Forum. MBZ saw him off at the airport on 15 April, when he flew to Kuwait in a Spanish Air force Airbus A-310. He was greeted with full military honours in Kuwait City airport by Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, foreign minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah and other dignitaries.
