Prince Khalid Bin Alwaleed Al-Saud, son of prominent businessman Alwaleed Bin Talal, is involved in a new Dh24bn ($6.5bn) real estate development in Sharjah that will house some 70,000 people. The Aljada development was unveiled by ruler Dr Sheikh Sultan Al-Qasimi in early September.
