Kenya: Consultant sought for regional energy strategy

National Oil Corporation of Kenya is seeking expressions of interest for provision of consultancy services for the development of a strategy to position Kenya as a regional hydrocarbons hub. The scope of work includes reviewing existing petroleum distribution infrastructure projects and plans including Kenya’s Vision 2030 strategy, the Lamu Port-South Sudan-Ethiopia Transport Corridor (Lapsset) project, and existing policies and laws.
