In a 3 May statement to the TSX Venture Exchange, WesternZagros Resources Ltd (WZR) announced the resumption of crude oil production and sales from the Sarqala-1 well in its Garmian license. WZR said its sales would “be in accordance with the payment mechanism for crude oil sales announced by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Kurdistan Regional Government on 1 February”.
