Iraq: Ambassador resumes duties in Baghdad

Ambassador Salah Ali Al-Malki returned to Baghdad as Bahrain’s ambassador to Iraq in mid-July, following his recall on 27 June after an attack on the embassy. Al-Malki held a meeting with Prime Minsiter Adil Abdul-Mahdi on his return on 15 July, during which the PM assured him of the diplomatic mission’s safety.
