Iran nuclear talks may take place on 25 February

After much to-ing and fro-ing, it looks likely that P5+1 talks with Iran will take place in Kazakhstan on 25 February. If the time and effort involved in agreeing a time and place are anything to go by, the chances of a breakthrough any time soon are slim.
