Gulf-EU dialogue

The fourth Gulf-Europe Economic Dialogue began in Brussels on 19 March. Participants included officials from Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) trade, finance and economy ministries, central banks and money market authorities, the GCC general secretariat, the European Commission and the European Central Bank.
