Ghana: TEN FPSO sets sail

The floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel for the TEN development set sail from Singapore on 23 January. The Prof John Evans Atta Mills FPSO, converted from a large crude carrier, is expected to arrive offshore Ghana in early March to be hooked up to the development’s risers and subsea infrastructure. The FPSO can produce 80,000 b/d of oil and has storage capacity of 1.7m barrels.The TEN development comprises the Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme fields on the Deepwater Tano licence.
