The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) continues to receive an avalanche of complaints of alleged conflicts of interest implicating public officials, but prosecutions are difficult, if not impossible, because there is no law addressing the issue; The Nigeria LNG (NLNG) Train 1 corruption affair is reacing its dénouement, with US contractor KBR’s former agent Jeffrey Tesler ordered to report to a US federal prison on 17 April to begin a 21-month sentence
