Emir Sheikh Tamim: Heads of state recieved

Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani received three heads of state in Doha in the second half of April. He held talks with Philippines President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on 16 April, after which a number of memoranda of understanding (MoUs) were signed relating to culture, investment, education and health. According to media reports, the Qatari government paid for the 39-member Philippines delegation’s hotel bill; they all stayed at the Hilton hotel in Doha, although Duterte and his immediate staff stayed next door at the Four Seasons.
