EIB could reduce financing to Chad-Cameroon pipeline

The European Investment Bank (EIB) is considering a partial withdrawal from the controversial Chad-Cameroon pipeline project, following the World Bank Group’s withdrawal from the revenue management scheme last year (AE 146/28).
