The New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (NREA) is seeking a consultant to assist with the preparation, negotiation and implementation of engineering, procurement and construction contracts for a wind farm of up to 200MW at Gulf of El Zayt on the Red Sea coast, about 120km north of Hurghada and 20km south of Ras Gharib.
