Bahrain: King Hamad celebrates QEII, visits Switzerland

King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa has had a busy few weeks, travelling to several countries. In mid-May he was in the UK for the week-long Royal Windsor Horse Show, which culminated in a 90th birthday equestrian extravaganza for Queen Elizabeth II. King Hamad was sat on the Queen’s right and was seen enjoying the various acts which included a white Shetland pony under the control of horse ‘whisperer’ Jean-François Pignon.
