Abdelrahman Bin Abdelaziz: Funeral

King Salman offered funeral prayers for his brother Prince Abdelrahman Bin Abdelaziz at the Grand Mosque in Mecca on 14 July. Prince Abdelrahman had died the previous day, aged 86. Also performing prayers were Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, Mecca governor Prince Khalid Al-Faisal and various princes and foreign officials including Yemen President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and Lebanese prime minister Saad Al-Hariri. Condolences came from across the Gulf: Sultan Qaboos Bin Said Al-Said’s deputy prime minister Sayyid Asaad Bin Tariq Al-Said came in person, as did several Bahraini officials.
