Tullow Oil has finally obtained approval for the Tweneboa-Enyenra-Ntomme (TEN) development plan on the Deepwater Tano licence, just days after naming a new country manager. Dai Jones will be replaced in August by Charles Darku, previously chief executive of state power transmission company GRIDCo, who has a reputation as a highly effective political player.
