Iranians hit in Israeli strikes on Syrian missile facilities

Israeli air strikes against Iranian targets in Syria appear to be continuing unabated. Three facilities were struck on 13 April around Masyaf in Hama province. A Syrian military college in the town and two nearby facilities hosting Islamic Republican Guard Corps personnel were hit. The targets were associated with the development and deployment of medium-range ground-to-ground missiles – a capability that Iran has in the past transferred to its clients, so as to distance itself from the missiles’ subsequent use by their allies.
