Ophir Energy and its partners in the Offshore Accra Block have contracted Stena Drilling’s Stena DrillMAX dual derrick drillship for a well on the Starfish prospect, expected to spud in June. Ophir farmed into the block in December, taking over the operatorship from Australia’s Tap Oil.
