UAE: Kerry meetings

US secretary of state John Kerry stopped to refuel in Abu Dhabi en route to Beijing on 6 November, and held a meeting with Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan (MBZ) and his brother, Emirati foreign minister Abdullah Bin Zayed. Kerry – who, a few days later, was back in the region for nuclear talks with Iran and the European Union in Oman – has met both men several times in recent years; he was in Abu Dhabi in February, and also met MBZ at least twice in 2013.
