Saudi Arabia: Where is Prince Bandar?

The absence in public of Saudi intelligence chief Prince Bandar Bin Sultan has led to speculation about his whereabouts. Observers say Bandar is on sick leave – location unclear – and that his behaviour has become more erratic; he is said to have missed meetings with dignitaries including CIA director John Brennan and Jordan’s King Abdullah.Bandar’s last high-profile meeting was in December, with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
