Soon after returning from his intensive Asia trip, Deputy Crown Prince and defence minister Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) travelled to the southern border to visit coalition troops in Jizan and join them in an Eid prayer. He chaired a meeting with military unit commanders attended by chief of general field staff Abdulrahman Al-Bunayan, royal court consultant (supervisor of MBS’ office) Fahd Al-Isa, southern region commander Major General Abdullah Al-Gafary and a military consultant (part of MBS’ team) major-general Ahmed Assiri.
