Kuwait: Iranian oil minister visits

Iranian oil minister Bijan Zanganeh visited Kuwait, the UAE and Qatar ahead of a 27 November meeting of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec). On 11 November, he discussed low oil prices with Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, according to Iranian state news agency Irna. He saw Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani a few days earlier, and, on 18 November, met Dubai ruler Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum. He delivered a message from Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to each of the leaders.
