Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah had visits from the speaker of Iran’s parliament, Ali Larijani, and the deputy speaker of Morocco’s parliament, Abdullatif Wahbi, on 10 March. Larijani, who went on to Qatar, said Iran supported political talks to try to find a solution to the crisis in Yemen. On 11 March, the emir had talks with Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abraham. Emir Sheikh Sabah attended the economic development conference in Egypt on 13-15 March, where Kuwait pledged another $4bn to Cairo.
