Virginia-based DynCorp International has added to its history of winning Iraqi defence work with an award worth $45.5m from US Army Contracting Command to provide technical support services to the Iraqi Army. The contract is focused on developing vehicle maintenance and repairs services in Taji. The DynCorp group was prominent among private military contractors operating in Iraq after the US-led invasion of 2003 and is also active in Kuwait.
