Egypt: Two new blocks for RWE

Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation has awarded two new operated blocks in the Gulf of Suez to RWE Dea following its 2013 licensing round. RWE will hold 100% of the East Ras Fanar Offshore Block and 50% of Northwest El Amal, with Edison International holding the remaining 50%.
