African Petroleum lists in Frankfurt
Issue 303

| 1 minute read
African Petroleum has listed its shares on the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The open market is not an organised market in the sense of the German Securities Trading Act, and the listing carries no extra obligations for the company, which is also listed in Oslo and on Australia’s junior National Stock Exchange. Chief executive Stuart Lake said African Petroleum had recently held investor roadshows in Germany and Switzerland, and the listing “will facilitate easier access to trading in our shares by retail investors in these countries where we know there to be existing demand”.
